After at least eight years of talking about Paisley Wines, 2017 will finally see the launch of our little wine brand. It's exciting times for Derek and I, with plans to start selling our wines by Monday 10th April and we are planning to have a Pop Up Cellar Door somewhere in the Barossa over the Easter weekend.

Derek contacted some growers in late 2015 to organise to purchase a small amount of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro and 2016 saw him processing the fruit and purchasing barrels. Now after twelve months of waiting and tasting blends (on the kitchen bench of course!), we are just about to get the wine into bottle and carton.
