Serious style of Barossa shiraz in a seriously heavy bottle.

Sweet, svelte fruit slips seductively through the palate. This is as smooth as it is rich, its plum-soaked fruit cuddled in violets, dry spice and anise. Tannin is assertive but fine; length is assured. It’s both hefty and pretty at once. It’s very nicely done, in the richer/sweeter/smoother style.
