Dine Out in the Barossa

There are so many options when you are working out where to dine out in the Barossa. While some of the top restaurants may require a long lunch sitting, some are family friendly, casual settings too. Many of the top restaurants feature local produce in their menus along with lots of great Barossa wines.
The Long Lunch or Dinner
Some of our favourite restaurants would be the perfect place for a long, relaxed meal.
We recommend Harvest Kitchen at the Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre. Harvest currently stocks our Linen Fiano. Harvest offers a Feed Me menu and has a great kids menu available for the family.
For food with an Asian twist, the well known fermentAsian in Tanunda is fabulous and stocks our Silk Shiraz.
Our favourite wine bar Otherness is in the main street of Angaston. This is a great place to sit with a glass of wine. You can have some nibbles while you are there or stay for lunch and dinner. Otherness currently stocks our Linen Fiano and Maeve Shiraz Cabernet by the bottle.
An old favourite is Vintners Bar & Grill (they can offer a kids menu option) in Angaston and for a lovely outdoor lunch setting Fino at Seppeltsfield is a great choice.
Quick and Easy Lunch & Dinner
For when you are on the go and with the family, drop into the Tanunda Bakery (you can get tasty traditional German cakes and pastries here) or The Table Cafe (they have delicious burgers and a great kids menu) located in Lyndoch.
For a fun night at the pub, the best pubs in our opinion are the Greenock Hotel and the Stockwell Hotel better known as The Stockie. Both are family owned and run and the Stockie has some of our older vintages available for drink while you are there.
Trust us, where ever you decide to dine out in the Barossa during your stay, you will have a great time out!
